Our military surplus original comes from Belgium, and is made of olive drab cotton gabardine. The gourmet chef can feel authentically continental in white. A stand0up collar opens to lapels or an asymmetrical flap, or wear it militantly closed. The back is semi-fitted, and curves gently to a center point; double-breasted front panels can button to either side.
