Fabric suggestions: Oilskin, dry oilskin, cotton jacquard, mid-heavy cotton canvas or twill, mid-weight denim, or corduroy. For the lining, we would suggest a barrier lining or a simple stable cotton. When choosing cloth, consider whether you will want to put this dog coat in the washing machine. For example, oilskin cannot be washed; you would let the dirt dry and then brush it off.
